SPIKE & THE BEES

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

"Through eye contact and body language, humans and dogs can understand each other almost perfectly."

Hi there my good friends,

Tonight we will not have a update on my trip. Roxie, Sammy and Andy's Mommy is having problems with transmitting the pictures we took on Sunday, so ya just gotta wait for MY TRIP PART 3 (SUNDAY). Those pictures have all the cow dogs, squirrels, catfish and humming birds that we saw and it wouldn't be same without pictures. Mary sent the Mommy an e-mail and said if she can't get it to work, she will just bring the Mommy the memory card.

We can't visit very long tonight. The Mommy's Daddy died 24 years ago today, so them same sisters and cousins that went gambling, and of course my Uncle Sonny, are going to dinner tonight to talk about him. The Mommy said I can't go but they are going to Gratzies Italian Restaurant, ya know the one my uncle owns, and he promised the Mommy to send something home for me. Yummy Yum!!! I sure hope the Mommy doesn't do all her usual crying, like she always does, but she was with her Daddy when he had his heart attack and she still remembers his last few hours like it was yesterday.

But we didn't want you guys to wonder where part 3 of my trip was so the Mommy said I could show ya a picture of my friend Spike. He did not listen to the Mommy's lecture.....you do remember the bee lecture, don't ya? The picture is of Spike next to the fence that has all the nasty bees and ya know what happened last night. He got stung!!! Now his big handsome face got little bumpies all over and his face is all swollen. The Mommy took a video awhile back of Spike sitting by the fence that shows the bees but ya gotta look real close because the Mommy was moving the camera too fast....What a Doofuss!!!

Gotta go ...... Love, Kisses and (((huggies))) to all Mona

Those kinds of anniversaries are hard. Hopefully, though, your mom will remember the good times the most and cry good tears at happy memories.

Those anniversaries are hard, Mom has them for her mom and dad too, so she knows all about it. We are sending hugs.
