UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

"Lord, you have embraced a good friend

While we mourn what we have lost,

We do celebrate what we had.....

and in saying goodbye,

We renew our pledge to love and care

for any creature you entrust to us for its time of life.

Thank you, Lord, for the joy this loved one gave us

and for making it possible for us to have made such a friend.

MAGGIE
This morning I learned of the passing of a very dear Blogville friend. Our hearts are heavy and the tears are still flowing. So many new arrivals at the bridge, so many be new shining stars in the heavens, does it ever stop? I left a few words for George, Sue and dear Mitch this morning but it just didn't seen like enough to express how I feel.

After work, I went back to Maggie & Mitch's blog and read the words that her Daddy had written about his little girl today. The memories he shared made the tears flow again but this time in a different way. My Samamtha and Maggie have a bond I never knew until today. Maggie loved chasing butterflies and bees and my Samantha's passion in life was chasing butterflies too. Maggie loved to roll and play in hay while she was with her Daddy in the barns the worked on. My Samantha loved to roll and play in the bluebonnets, as long as I was there watching her.

When I did my tribute to my Samantha's passing last week, I said I could see her running and playing with Shelby in her special bluebonnet field and how she was teaching Shelby how to chase butterflies. Now I see 3 beautiful, pain free girls, Samantha, Shelby and Maggie, together forever running, playing and chasing butterflies. I bet there is even a hay stack or for them to roll around in too!

Run free, sweet Maggie......with love......the Mommy

there are just too many losses. We hated to read about Maggie yesterday. Her dad wrote that beautiful piece on her today. She was greatly loved.

What a beautiful tribute, Sarah. Thank you so much! I hope Samantha and Shelby and Maggie have found each other and are romping together and chasing those butterflies at The Bridge. I just love that picture of my precious girl.

We love you,
Sue, George and Mitch

This is all so very sad. Our furbabies are so very much loved and we can't bear to see them leave us. But we have to keep trying to remember they are only on loan to us for a little while. Then the Lord needs to have them back again for a more important job in Heaven.
