QUOTE OF THE DAY: "By the love of those I've been privileged to rescue, I have been rescued" Annette King- Tucker Hi my dearest friends, First off let me say, me and Mommy are OK, but Mommy still hasn't gotten over the death of our sweet baby Molly and when she thinks of Molly, her face gets all messy cause her eyes start leaking. Mommy promised me I can maybe start blogging again tomorrow. "Are you listening woman? I just told the world you promised." Mommy did say it was OK to show you a picture of what me and my 7 friends did at lot while we was in the country. Napping!! It hard work barking at cow dogs, chasing critters, sniffing around and digging. So her are Roxie, Sammy and Andy from Dachsies Rule, and their cousins Maggie and Jake, me (all dachshunds) and Emma, the wanna be dachsie who thinks she is. |

| You gotta blow this picture up to see me and Emma. No she wasn't carrying me around in her mouth but she sure tried too. She is very sweet but she out weighs me by 30 pounds so we played "keep away" for 4 whole days. I would jump in Mommy's lap and Emma would try to climb in Mommy's lap too. You'll get to see better pictures of Emma and all my friends in the next day or two. Fantastic, Wonderful news last week. Mommy did perk up when she read on Minna's blog that her Mom got approved to adopt Isabella, a blond wire hair, from ATDR. Of course why her Mom was worried I don't know, after all Minna was adopted from them too. |

To me and Sandra, Shelby's smile lights up the world and we are sure that baby Molly and Tucker are happy at the bridge with their guardian angels Big Tucker and Big Molly. Shelby knows her pups are in the best of paws. OK, here goes. Names chosen for the puppies by the winners of the "Naming Rights". |

| Today I had the pleasure of holding each of the puppies and giving them kisses today. Shelby made sure each puppy I held was in good hands. She is such a good Mommy as you can see from the above and below pictures. |

Awww, they are adorable! Shelby is such a good mom, it brings tears of joy to our eyes! We're so sorry for Shelby that she lost little Molly. But, hopefully all her other little bundles of joy will help her recover (and all of you!) Hope to be sending you some more green papers (through Frankie) from the auction he is so graciously hosting for us to help take care of the wee ones and Shelby!

Oh Shelby and the puppies are looking so wonderful! It really is so obvious that she is a good loving mom for them! We think all the names choosen are so great too!

My momma emailed with her foster today, and Isabelle has her final rounds of Heartworm treatments this week....on Wednesday.
So my momma won't get to meets her fur about another week. Her foster wants to keep her quiet and comfy and all stress free after her treatments on Wed.
...and we wants to do da best for her too. Even though my momma is anxious to sees her!

Hi Mona! We just got back from vacation and this was an awfully nice postie to come back to! We're awfully sorry about little Molly and Tucker but I'm sure those little angels are watching over all their brudders and sisters and keeping them safe. Shelby's an awfully good mommy. You all must be so proud of her! We think everybuddy came up with some Most Wonderful names!

Hi Mona,
Ohhh, FH was 'squeeeing' and 'coooooing' all through this post! Firstly, we loved seeing a few tantelising snaps of what you got up to during your holidays and secondly - ooooh, puppies!
Frankie had SUCH a great idea about the naming rights - what wonderful names they all have and all such cuties! Shelby is totally amazing.
We feel sad for the lost puppies too - sometimes the circle of life can seem very cruel, but it is not for us to question even though we often want to.
Oooh - we FINALLY got our staff, er, we mean our humans, to add you to our blogroll. About time - sheesh, you just CAN'T get the staff these days, he he he!
FH says she'll mail your mom in the next day or so about the total amounts in Shelby's action - we're pretty sure everyone has paid now.

Finally we found the site with all of the Shelby updates. We pawticipated in Jd & Max's auction for Shelby & we are so happy to see what a happy mamma she is.
