|QUOTE OF THE DAY:|
If there is a heaven, it's certain our animals are to be there. Their lives become so interwoven with our own, it would take more than an archangel to detangle them.
It is with much sadness and grief that I must tell you that Baby Molly has passed away this evening and joined her brother, Baby Tucker, at the Rainbow Bridge.
|Sandra had gone to get some things for her Grandmother, when her Mom called and told her one of the puppies had died. Sandra called me, as I was driving home from work and I rushed over to her home. It was our sweet Molly. I held her lifeless little body in my hand. She looked so perfect, like a little angel sleeping and I broke down and the tears won't stop. She looked so good last night when I took the above picture, moving around and making those cute little puppy sounds We were so relieved when she had started nursing. Sandra hand feed her until she was could start suckling on her own. We don't know what happened but feel it might have had something to do with all the medication Shelby had taken before we found out she was pregnant. She had a little blood around her tiny little lips, maybe she had been sick all along. Sandra and I are broken hearted. I am afraid for Sandra, how she will handle seeing Molly, with her being pregnant herself. I am so happy Sandra wasn't there when Molly took her last breath. I think God knew it was best if she wasn't there. |
This was going to a special post tonight, to\ let you know that Sandra got a new computer and would start posting again with lots of puppy pictures to share but it wasn't to be. Please pray that all the other puppies stay strong.
