MARCH ADOPTIONS & EASTER BUNNY LESSONS FOR FURFRIENDS

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"Love is a language which the blind can see and the deaf can hear."
-- Donald E Wildman

Guess what? Mommy is so much better. Knock on wood!! This morning she got up without any fever and no chills but very sleepy cause every hour on the hour she got up to go pee. She's says all that water she drank yesterday to flush the fever out must have worked or maybe it was the soup. Whatever, I just know that for the next 4 days, it's me and just Mommy. Thanks to every doggie & kitty that sent healing vibes to her.

Now, a little special treat before DROH's March adoptions.

THINGS I'VE LEARNED FROM THE EASTER BUNNY!

(from a dogs point of view)

Don't put all your Easter treats in one basket.

Everyone needs a friend who is all ears.

There is no such thing as too many treats.

All work and no play, can make your pawrents a basket case!

A cute tail, like my Tiger's, attracts a lot of attention (hands off ladies cause he's all mine). *blushing*

Everybody is intitled to a bad fur day.

Let happy thoughts multiply like rabbits.

Some body parts should be floppy. (others not)

Keep your paws off other doggies jelly beans. (reference the cute tail above) *blushing*

Good things come out of small or big juicy marrow bones.

The grass is always greener in another doggie's backyard.

To show your true colors, you have to come out of your doggie house.

The best thing in our lives is that our pawrents treasure us, as we love them.

May the joy of the season fill your heart and tummy.

WISHING YOU A HAPPY EASTER!!!

That's 8 pups who have found their forever homes and 8 more new pups off the streets. That's what rescue is all about.
Tonight Mommy was late coming home from work. Tomorrow we'll show you why.

One last thing before I put Mommy to bed. DROH says we got a lot of publicity for DROH at Paws in the Park last weekend. This link will take you to the article in the Houston Chronicle. http://www.ultimatepearland.com/feature/four. Click on full story, then click on each picture and you'll get a story on each one.
