Weird but true animals & ADF update

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

"Most dog owners are at length able to teach themselves to obey their dog" -- Robert Morley

Hi my friends,

Before the Mommy makes a complete idiot of herself, she has an update on the American Diabetes Foundation fundraiser on the Mother's Day flowers and plants. The final tally was $ 2,625.50!!!!! Hooray, Yippee, Yahoo!!!!!!!

Now the Doofuss can tell you what happened at work today. HBOC Star, their main computer application for Accounts Receivables, died today for about 4 hours so rather than save money and let the associates go home, the managers told everybody to do what's called their"HLC" classes that are do by May 31st, which can be done on on the Intranet not Internet. There are 13 classes all together but guess what---the Mommy already finished hers!!! The Mommy asked if she could just go home and make up the time later but they said NO, because they didn't know when HBOC Star would be back up. So guess what the Mommy and the maybe 10 out of 73 associates did. They played on the Internet!!

So what did the Doofuss do for 4 hours you ask? She started with A and worked her way to W looking up strange and downright weird but real animals. So guess what?...here is the fruit of labor. Believe it or not, the Mommy said some of them even look like some of her relatives. If they do, I've not met any of them but there are a few I kinda think would be good friends to have. So here goes. Hope you enjoy them.

This is a White faced Saki monkey. This is a Tarsier.

This is a Sun Bear
This is a Sucker Footed Bat

This is a Star Nosed Mole

This is a Red Panda. I think he would be a great friend -- "Can I have one Mommy, please!!!"
These are Pygmy Marmosits

This is a Proboscis Monkey

This is Pink Fairy Armadillo. Being a Texan the Mommy likes this one. Hopefully he won't get squased on the side of the highway.

This is a Leafy Seadragon.

This is a Hagfish.

This is a Emperor Tamarin.

This is a Dumbo Octopus.

This is Blobfish.

This is a Aye-Aye. The Mommy thinks he is cute and needs all the loving he can get. Mommy named him baby CLYDE. Don't you just love those eyes & that hair.

This is a Axolotl.

This hairy fellow is a Angora Rabbit. I hope Simba's Jessica rabbit isn't related to this rabbit---he looks dangerous.

This is a Alpaca. I don't think it looks weird at all. The Mommy said I can't have a horsie but this little guy looks just right my size "I want one of these too Mommy!!"

OK my friends, I have some serious doubts about the Mommy sometimes but I love her anyway. Here's hoping that we don't run into some of these guys in the dark cause some of them look pretty scary.
Love Mona & the Doofuss--sorry the Mommy
Ps...hope this format works--the Mommy said nothing ever looks the way she sets it up when it posts.
