MY BRUDDER PEANUT

Hi my friends,

Have me got some pictures for you. Take a look at Peanut (a part of the Mommy's heart) my brudder & the Mommy's baby.

PEANUT, RHODES & DADDY RON
Peanut--where did Rhodes go? --hurry up!!
PEANUT & RHODES AKA THE TWINS. RON & SOME OF HIS PACK--THERE ARE 15 IN ALL.
NEW MOMMY DEB AND SOME OF THE PACK.

Yesterday was a very sad but also a happy day for the Mommy and me too. Ron & Deb, the HUMAN angels we have talked about before, are moving to Putnam, Texas (a whole 4 hours away) and we went to see them, all my doggie friends and say goodbye to my brudder, Peanut. Of course, the Mommy, being the Mommy, cried most of time we were there and all the way home. There is just too much crying going on around here & me just don't like it. I had to remind the Mommy that Peanut isn't going out of the country just a whole 4 hours away. Jesus, it isn't as if we'll never see him again or get pictures of him (Ron is as crazy as the Mommy is about taking pictures) and Ron & Deb said we have an open invitation to come down whenever we want, but you know 4 whole hours is a long time when your in a hurry to see somedoggie. The Mommy said it's still not the same as just being able to get into the car & run over in just 5 minutes whenever she needs a Peanut "fix". Me just give up on the Mommy. The Mommy is the Mommy is the Mommy.

Peanut is so happy and loves his Daddy Ron so much but you can tell he still remembers us. It makes the Mommy so excited that he seems so happy to see her everytime she visits. Me say that doggies never forget ya, except when they want to, if you were kind to them. Peanut loves the country and his new house sits on 2 acres of land with a huge fenced in yard and the dogs have their own room with 15, yes 15, crates & doggie beds. Ron even had a door put in with a doggie door that goes straight outside from their room. Me tell you--how many dogs do you know that have their own room!! Ron said at Thanksgiving when they were in Putnam it snowed and Peanut went wild trying to catch snowflakes in his mouth. Too bad he doesn't have a heavy coat like Hana or Zack to keep him warm because he cried when they wouldn't let him stay out & play all day. Of course his best doggie buddy, Rhodes, was with him all the way--but they wanted Peanut's bestest buddy, Ron, with them the whole time. Hee hee, Ron be bald and he told them his head was too cold to stay outside all day, hee hee.

Anyway these are some pictures of a few of Ron & Deb's gang. Peanut is the black tweenie, Rhodes ( Peanut's best doggie buddy) is the standard piebald, the old fella is Randy (called the Rev) & the other little one me not sure what her name was, me only interested in the boys.

THE VIDIO THAT SAYS IT ALL.
and this is why it was such a sad but happy day.
Now it's time to say goodbye to Peanut but we know he will always be loved and since we can't keep him he is with the bestest people in the world.

Hi Everybody,

What a shame that Peanut is moving so far away, but as Maggie and Mitch said, with the internet and telephone, you are never really far away. Tell your Mommy not to be sad. She still has you!

Four hours is a long way, but you can still go and see him in a day.

It's so hard to see part of your pack leave. But, he's got a good mom and dad now. You can keep in touch by blogs and email!!!

I like the new look! The picture of you at the top is soooo cute.

This story was sad and happy. Those 15 pups sure have a nice forever home with their own room and everything. Peanut is in a good forever home and you are with the mommy so it's happy too!

Hi Mona,
My Mom has a whole web site of ribbon necklaces she has made and sold. She was planning on updated it either tonight or tomorrow, but you can see what she has so far. The web site is: http://ribbonnecklaces.blogspot.com There is a link on the right hand navigation bar that says "Prices." She reduces the price for dogs who might have a difficult time with making ends meet each month, so just let her know if you are interested! She would rather take a loss on a necklace than have a dog go without. I would guess your neck is about 11 inches maybe. But, you'd have to measure to be sure.

Mona, my Mom DID update her ribbon necklace web site, so it is up-to-date now!

Its always hard to say goodbye. But he does look very happy. Its good that you got to see him in his new home. Give your Mummy extra cuddles to cheer her up.
