| PAX is celebrating Independence Day too!! Fireworks are pretty BUT  July 5th is the busiest day of the year for shelters. Many dogs run away from home on July 4th trying to get away from the sound of fireworks. Keep them inside. **** Mommy's girls here.... Our A/C is finally fixed. We got to come back home last night. There is nothing like being back home. Be it ever so humble there's do place like home. **** "Mona, what's that funny looking thing you got on?" "It's a thunder shirt, Prissy." "Why Mona?" "Cause I gets scared of fireworks and thunder and lighting, so it's gonna make me feel safe.?" "What about me? Mommyeeee !!" "Not to worry sweetie, I'll hold you all night if you get scared." Well, you are certainly patriotic! Pax is adorable and looks just like his mama.
I'm so grateful my boys aren't afraid of fireworks. Shiver gets stressed very easily when things aren't just so, but firework bangs don't seem to phase him.

Glad your AC is fixed. I live in CA but my mom comes from Houston and she said it is HOT HOT HOT there this time of year!!!!
