MONA UPDATE. BOB THE BUILDER & THE ANSWER

DEDICATED TO BOB THE BUILDER Left for the human bridge 10/05/11

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

~~ ~Richard Bach

Last Thursday, Mommy took me back to see Dr Briles. He had said if I started throwing up or passing runny poop it was a bad sign that my liver problem was getting worse. Well, early Thursday morning I threw up in the night but didn't want to wake Weenie or Mommy up. When she woke up, she didn't even holler or anything, she just picked me up and started rubbing my belly and saying loving words to me. That's why I said on World Smile Day, I smile when Mommy rubs my belly. So does Weenie. Then after I ate my breakfast I threw up two piles of nasty stuff. It, smelled like POOP. So Mommy took me to Dr Briles. Mommy was frantic and wanted him to go ahead and schedule the biopsy but he said NO. He gave me an exam, even stuck that long white stick up my butt. HOW RUDE!! Long story short, I gotta wait until Saturday and then he'll decide after my new blood work. At least doesn't send them off and we will know right away. He did say that now that I am a senior, I need to go a senior food for delicate stomachs. So me and Weenie, he's older than me, are on Science Diet Senior Formula. Food is food, so what the heck. No people food for us at all raw except veggies. We get one treat a day right before bed. Neither Weenie or I will take pills without a fight so Mommy gives us our medicine in Pill Pockets that taste like meat. She says that counts as a treat......."I don't think so!! I been OK since then but Mommy has been walking around on eggshells.

Then something terrible happened that Mommy found out when she got home and saw this e-mail from my Aunt Judy about our friend BOB THE BUILDER.

Bob passed away this morning. He was in the hospital for an angiogram to clear artery in his leg so the sore on his foot would heal. He was also having problems breathing due to congestive heart failure. They did the angiogram yesterday and was having problems stopping the bleeding. All his organs shut down and he passed around 230 this morning.

~~~~~~~~~~
I am so sad!! He was such a good friend and a long time neighbor of Aunt Judy's. She was in a state of shock when Mommy spoke to her that night. Bob The Builder was so good to all of us doggies and it was Bob that made the Kissing Booths for DROH and ATDR. He was handicapped and did everything from a wheelchair. That never stopped him. He was a master carpenter and made many, many things. It was such a thrill to see him scooting around their neighborhood in his wheelchair "walking" his little dog. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Giving Bob a kiss for making the booth.
Bandit in the the airplane Bob made for him.
Now here's the answer to who my brothers are.
Siskle is the blond wire hair on the blanket to the left.
Me in the middle on the blanket.
Jacks, the black and tan one looking up.
Now you see why Mommy loves Weenie so much!!
We are so sorry about your friend Bob. It is very sad when humans have to go to the bridge. We hope everything is ok with your blood work! We eat special food, too. Not Science Diet, but Blue Buffalo. We eat the basic one with few ingredients because Milly has food allergies. We don't get many treats either, but we do love baby carrots.
