WHERE WERE YOU--REMEMBERING 9/11

A Prayer To Never Forget.
May all of us remember with love and compassion this day.
May we grieve with those who still mourn,
And share memories with those who cannot forget.
May we draw strength from those who bravely responded,
And gave their lives to save others.
May we stand with strangers who became neighbours that day,
And remember their generosity and hospitality.
Above all God may we remember your faithfulness
And learn to trust in your unfailing love.

Mommy was at work on that dreadful day. The only manager there. Every year she thinks back to that day and how she lead over 100 of her fellow associates in prayer and how proud she was to be an American and how America refused to be beaten. She is still here and hasn't forgotten.

God Bless....Mona, Wennie & the Mommy

My mom was a work, her sister was flying down to DC that day from Albany NY. Until mom talked to her later in the afternoon it was a very stressful time. The next day mom drove down to meet her half way and bring her home.

I was at home recovering from surgery. It was quite early on the west coast. My cousin called and was crying, he told me to turn on the TV. It was a horrible site!
So tragic.

We will ALWAYS remember!

Oh Mona...Mumsie had just started a nursing refresher class in downtown Pittsburgh. They tried to give a pharmacology lecture and then the plane crashed in PA and everyone was told to evacuate the city. Gridlock for hours...we will never ever forget...

Thank you for your post dear Girl...

My Mom was in her office interviewing a job applicant. Everyone just kind of "froze" and couldn't believe it.

A day we will always remember.
