THE UNVEILING

12 Days until my Gotcha Day

Hi friends,

We're back home and the first thing we did was turn the heater back on, Mommy sitting in the recliner to take the cure (which means Mommy turning the heating pad on), me jumping in my favorite spot (Mommy's lap), bundling up and taking a nap. 2 1/2 hours later, we got up.

Of course, I always have to make sure that Mommy remembers how to get to Aunt Judy's, so I always have to help her drive. These pictures were taken when she picked me up from the groomer.

My new groomer is Lillie and she put some pretty bows on my ears that match my pink dress I wore at the unveiling.

I look kinda naked now, but I still have my fluffy tail!

OK, yesterday I gave you a peck at our new kissing booth, today I have lots more to show you. Our first event is Camp Bow Wow next Saturday. George and I are going to represent DROH with the kissing booth because Aunt Judy found some cute shirts and bandannas for us to wear with Valentine hearts.

Do you think we'll catch folks's attention with the kissing doggies on the top.

Saturday was just the unveiling of our new booth so it was only right that my first official kiss go to our builder, Bob. Free of charge of course.

Steps to a successful kiss.

1. Be prepared.

2. Lean in.

3. Look into the eyes.

4.Kissie, Kissie, Lickie, Lickie, right on target. xxxoooxxx!

Credit goes to Bob the builder, who did all this from his wheelchair and Aunt Judy for all the hard work decorating it. You both are my heroes.

This pic is of me and my apprentice, Brooklyn. Even the best kisser in the world needs help sometime.

Bandit is a very important to any DROH event because he is so cute and draws attention to our booth. Here are some pictures of him, Bob and the airplane Bob made for Bandit.

Bandit in his pilot's hat and googlies.

No post would be complete without us doing a little begging. Brinda always brings us treats.

Remember the little chocolate piebald. Here she is when her Daddy came to pick her up. She's a Daddy's girl and was so excited to see him.

Mommy said she needs to go take the cure again and get ready to cheer on the Saints. GO SAINTS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But first............Me and my friends

GEORGE----sitting on Mommy's lap.

BANDIT----waiting at the gate for his Mommy

HARLEY----right after ripping some more stuffing out of the big brown/white bone pillow.

ME AND BROOKLYN----perfect little angels....NOT!!!

Love, kisses and {{{huggies}}} to all.....Mona

PS............we took tons of video but Mommy couldn't get any to load.

Love the kissing booth - mom wants to know can we steal that idea? She thinks my kisses could raise lots of money for the revitalization effort - I'm with you on Spring - will it ever arrive?

My Moomie's daady was Italian, too. She still misses him just like your Moomie misses her daady. Their memories will always warm their hearts, me thinks.
