Hi dear friends,

Another month has come to a close and DROH had another good month for adoptions and there are a couple more doggies that where adopted today. A really good start for the new month.

Before I show every doggie that got lucky during April, let me say that everybody seems to really have liked my Spring Flower post. The Doofuss had a few mishaps that need to be corrected. First off we left off Dakota and Roxie's pictures but the Mommy has promised to post their pictures sometime next week in addition to some pictures she got to late to make the post.

Also she couldn't find some very important doggie's blog address but now she has so we are posting them now. Most of you know each other already but it's only fair that we post them so you can go to their blogs and tell them how terrific they looked. If any doggie or kitty wishes they could have been in my post, it's not to late....we'll welcome any pictures.

Well there you go.......the lucky 12.

One last thing before we close that relates to rescue. Mommy got an e-mail from Linne, who works with All Texas Dachshund Rescue about Joanie. She said Joanie is a standard and she should weigh 17+ pounds when she is well. She also said that they think Joanie will sassy and spunky when she gets well based on her personality.

Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend. Me and Mommy are going to my Aunt Jody's to have a dachsie play date with her 3 boys, Meredith's own dog and her two fosters. But best of all Becky is bringing Bradley!!! Mommy will be in hog heaven! Me too!!
