Hi dear friends,

Remember how tired Mommy was last night? Well know I know why. She's trying to catch up at work cause she's taking this coming Monday off and Friday of next week too. Nobody does her work while she's gone, so she wants it to be totally current by Friday. Sometimes we go for months without doing anything and then other times we squeeze so much in one month that it takes the all of the next month to catch up.

I keep trying to tell Mommy that she is not a spring chicken anymore but she just won't listen. This weekend she & my Aunt Pam are going on a quick overnight trip to Arlington, Texas for one of her many godchildren's bridal shower. They are living early Sunday morning and coming back Monday evening. So I have a question. If they are leaving Sunday morning, why I am I going to stay at Aunt Chris & Tina's house from Saturday evening until Tuesday afternoon when Mommy gets off of work? I think that's calculates to 4 days not 2 days. Am I missing something here or what?

Of course, I will miss the Mommy something fierce and no doubt will look just like Snoopy and lay around most of the day Sunday crying for my Mommy.

The Mommy here........Don't let Mona fool you. She will be in best of hands and Emily is having a friend over for the weekend and she will be spoiled rotten and treated like a Princess until I get back.

The next weekend the Mommy is taking Friday off to have a mammogram early in the morning and then we was gonna go to spend the weekend with my fella, Sammy, and his family in the country but Mommy forgot that she is supposed to help with invitation stuffing that weekend. I haven't told Sammy yet that I won't be coming then and I sure hope he won't be mad at me.

The next weekend, Mommy has to go to the dentist on Saturday afternoon and everybody knows what happens when you gotta go to the dentist . I was kidding her about how lousy she was gonna feel but she put me in my place and reminded me that I'm gonna have my teethe cleaned next time I have to take my next yearly exam & they gotta knock me out to do it? I'm sorry, Mommy, I won't make fun of you anymore.....I promise.


Then on the last weekend of the month DROH is gonna participate in a event in Pearland called "Paws in the Park" and of course me and the Mommy will help out at that. If they decide to take our kissing booth, guess who gets to do most of the kissing. How many of you boys would pay $1.00 to kiss me. Last time I made $28.00 selling kisses.


Then in April there will be the Reliant dog show and the Spring fling, and Easter, and I've just gotta see my beau sometime in April.....I've just got to.


I hope Mommy doesn't run out of gas this month...her not the car....hee hee.


Mommy said she is tired just thinking about everything we have to do, so we gotta go to bed now to rest her old, fragile mind BUT two more things first.


Remember the real Snoopy that the Mommy picked up on Dec 20th that we posted about before. Well a bunch of folks wanted to adopt him but he had heart worms and couldn't be adopted until he was over all his treatments and the Vet gave him a clean bill of health. Well guess what! One of the couples that had been approved to adopt one of our dogs, said they were willing to wait for him, so he has been removed from our available for adoption and receiving care lists since it's just a matter of time & the will go with them to his forever home. How cool is that!!
