Hi dear friends,
Me and the Mommy are still recovering from the exciting day we had yesterday so she says she has no creative juices left ... I'm a dog so I have know idea what that means.....do any if you?
Today the Mommy wants to show you all the lucky doggies that got adopted in January. We got 16 dachsies........Yes 16 lucky ones!! that have found their forever homes. But when the Mommy looked before she started this post we still have 23 available for adoption and 15 receiving care.
Before the Mommy shows you all the lucky ones, she wanted to share what a little doggie named Trooper, who was just rescued a few weeks ago has to say for himself.
TROOPER
This is exactly what DROH's website says on Trooper bio, word for word.Hi my name is Trooper. I am a long haired chocolate dapple.
I am with DROH, you see, because some sadistic individual thought it would be funny to burn me. I lost a lot of hair down my the middle of my back, but you know what? I am still wagging my tail and giving kisses because I KNOW that not all people are cruel. They can damage me on the outside but they cannot damage my personality. I am a TROPPER!!
Again the Mommy says: Will it never end.

I don't know what kind of sicko person will do that to a dog/ animal. That sicko should first try doing it to himself/ herself!!
We hope Tropper goes to a great home where he'd be loved unconditionally and where he will love them back as much.
Poor Trooper, those are very sick ppl. I hope Trooper found a lovely furever home & the rest too.

We give you 2 paws up for everything you do to help these sweet babies. And no - we don't think it will ever end. We trust that those who feel compelled to take their anger out on innocent animals will get their due in good time. They will have to answer to a higher being eventually.

We are stunned at how many doggies come in for rehoming. Mummy could never give us up.

What a terrible story about Trooper!! At least he's safe now.
Poor Trooper, how can people be so terrible. We are glad some dogs found their furever homes!
