Hi all my dear friends,
I have missed all of you so much. I had a really good time with my friends but I'm back where I belong with the Mommy. Aunt Tina & Aunt Chris live in Porter at a beautiful place called Valley Ranch.
Before the Mommy could even get to the front door, I was standing at the door jumping around and whining because she took way too long getting out of the car. I ran outside and almost knocked her down, I was so happy she was back. This time I didn't run away because I wanted to be in the Mommy's lap giving her lots of kisses because I missed her so much. She took this picture after I had finished washing her face with my kisses. It was wonderful!
Tina took a bunch of pictures of me and my friends playing but she has to e-mail them to the Mommy, so we're just gonna show the pictures the Mommy took today of each of them with the treat she brought them. They had never had that kind of treat before. They are my favorite treat.......VitaLife Duck and Sweet Potato.

When the Mommy left me I stayed at the door forever waiting for her to come home but she never did. I was so sad!! Saturday night after the Mommy didn't come back whenever they got back from dinner, I jumped in the chair she always sits in to wait for her. I was so sad!! She never came back. When Chris told all of us that it was time for bed, I wouldn't get off the chair and slept there all night. By Sunday, I decided to forget the Mommy and played with my friends but I still went in her chair looking for her. That night I started to sleep in the chair but I didn't want to alone in the middle of the night and scratched at the side of the bed and Aunt Chris picked me up. I was so sad!! Monday night, Aunt Tina went to bed early and when Aunt Chris said it was time for bed I ran into the bedroom and jumped on the bed right on to Aunt Tina's belly.....hee hee, it was kinda funny. I can't jump on the bed at home by myself but that bed us lots lower than ours. Then this morning, the Mommy came for me and I wasn't sad anymore!!
I was ready to go home but, of course, she had to tell Aunt Chris what all happened on her little road trip. FINALLY, she was ready to go home and I couldn't wait to get in the car. It was very cold, so she brought my sweat shirt with a hood on it. It was nice and warm. She put me & in the backyard to do my business but all I wanted to do was get into the house and make sure nothing had taken any of my stuff away.

As soon as I made sure everything was where it was supposed to be, I jumped into my bed and settled down. ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz. There's no place like home.

It was so sweet of you to sleep in your Mom's chair while she was gone, but we are sorry you were sad! I am sure she missed you too a whole lot!!
Oh Mona, our hearts hurt that you were so sad! Does it help to know that your Mommy missed you just as much? Or that I miss The Girl like that when she goes away? Or that she misses me that way, too? It is hard to be so sad, we're glad she's home with you (where she belongs! The "with you" part, not necessarily the "at home" part!)
