The Mommy finally came home with a bunch of treats for us cause she is feeling guilty, guilty & guilter and she should be. She told us she has to work the same hours next week MONDAY - THURSDAY. She lied to us & said she'd be home with us all day tomorrow but she forgot our human cousin's, Blake, baptisim tomorrow and she is supposed to bring her Banana Split Fruit Salad for the party aftrwards.

Is it just us or is there something wrong with this picture? We think they are sad cause their Mommy left them again. We could just cry!!! BOO HOO !!!We wish we had a camera so you could see all the treats she brought home from our favorite hangout--PETS MART. We gots some old stuffs and some new stuffs.
Here is a list of our haul: (new) Pig Skin Twist With Chicken, Beef Hooves, Bil Jack Liver treats, Milk Bone Dog biscuits, and Pup Corn. Wow, Yummy, Yummy for a tummies. We don't need dinner tonight MOMMY, we'll just have treats. NO, NO, NO.....says the Mommy.....they have to last all next week. Suchs !!
One last note: The Mommy must really, really, really feel guilty. She got 4 yes 4 new stuffies for us. They don't got no squeakers but that's OK by us cause they are doomed anyway.
Got to go cause the Mommy gots to fix that salad for tomorrow...HEY maybe if we play are cards right, she might give us some.

Well, you can't have a baptism without fruit salad... or at least some fruits... that's what me and my guardian always say.
I like Bil Jak too. It's my favorite. I'll do anything for it.

What a haul! That's almost worth not having your Mommy around for one more day. We hope she gets her work all done so she can get back to regular hours and spend quality time with you guys ... that's what she really needs.
We agree that your mommy needs to post the banana split fruit salad recipe. It's not fair to say something about it and leave us with our mouths wanting some!

My moms leave me all the time, I am a latch key basset.
Of course, they either leave me at the kennel which I love or with my sissie who I love more than my moms and all the bonios in the world.
