IM MEMORY OF OUR MANGO

We can shed tears that he is gone,
or we can smile because he lived and lived well.
We can close our eyes and pray that he'll come back,
or we can open our eyes and see all the love he left behind.
Our hearts can be empty because we can't see him,
or we can be full of the love and times we shared.
We can turn our backs on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or we can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
We can remember of  him only that he is gone,
or we can cherish his memory and let it live on.
We can cry and close our minds,
be empty and turn our backs,
or we can do what he'd want us to do:

MANGO

Yesterday morning we learned of Mango's passing and our hearts were broken along with all of Blogville. What can we say that hasn't already been said. There will never be another Relentlessly Huge Gentle Giant like Mango. We will miss you Mango.

 

These are the gates to the Rainbow Bridge where there is a now a Guardian of all who will come in and those we have all loved and lost too soon. Mango guarded us on Earth and will guard us in heaven.

Mango, you will be in our hearts today and always.
