10 years ago today.........

My heart was torn in two and I wanted to die.
My Samantha crossed the bridge, at 14 1/2 years
old, of renal failure.

It still hurts and always well. My life changed
the day my girl died. I didn't want another dog but
we all know how that turned out.

When I think about my Samantha now it gives me comfort
to think of her, side by side with Fuzzy and Weenie, looking
down from the bridge and saying "You did good Mommy. We're OK and will be right here."

With all my love sweet girl.......The Mommy, Sarah

Mommy felt the same way when her past dog died too. She had a girl dog. She got us boy dogs after that and we charmed her heart back together again.

They always have a place in your heart, you never forget but a new dog does help so much in the healing process. Where would we be without our Princess
Loves and licky kisses

We never forget and a peace of our heart stays forever broken but we must look back with all the sweet memories they gave us. Always bitter sweet are these anniversaries. Have a terrific Tuesday.
Best wishes Molly

When they leave, they always take a part of our hearts with them. But what's left in our hearts is always filled with love.

even though each pups passing leaves us with an ache in our hearts - our hearts are so resilient and we can and do learn to love again. We love each dog differently and for different reasons and each one holds a unique place in our hearts and minds forever

When we un break our hearts it opens a whole new world for a new baby fur kid.
She will be watching over you from above.

We have been told that you honor those beloved pets that have gone on to the bridge by opening your heart to a new one
And you have honored your sweet Samantha
