Tragic case of neglect and abuse
Oh My God. How can things like this keep going on? Remember ATDR's Joan of Ark? The volunteer that took such good care of her is now fostering Sheldon. He isn't a dachshund as you will see but it doesn't matter. He needed help. We just pray that he lives and has the kind of home he deserves. Please keep Sheldon in your prayers and help if you are able.

I cried watching that video. I pray that Sheldon will get healthy and find a loving home. He deserves only wonderful things for now on. I'm so glad he is in good hands now.
