Hi dear friends,
Tonight is not a very happy day for DROH. Remember back on January 19th, we showed you 2 doggies in need. Today Toby #4 was put down. He was the little dog (the vet thought about 7 years old) who was found inside a box that was taped shut. He has several slipped discs and was paralyzed in the rear end and could only drag himself around. The decision to let him go to the bridge was made because our vet said he had deep pain sensation and was suffering so he was helped to the bridge. The Mommy felt a pain deep in her heart when she read the e-mail about his going to the bridge. My dear sweet Jody, who was helped to the bridge right before Halloween, had the exact problems as Toby and it you look at him closely it looked just like Jody, except that Jody was chocolate. Again will the grieving never end?

YOSHII a Shiba Inu from Virginia
The Mommy says she had never heard of the Shiba Inu breed before but she is very interested in learning more about this breed. I say dogs because Yoshii (who is a girl) has a sister named Kara.They have the prettiest tails and their tails look so fluffy. Yoshii has a brown face and Kara has a white face.

We awe cwying..that is so vewy sad..I hope those two sweeties awe womping fwee of pain ovew the Bwidge..I'm so sad they had to suffew..what a bootiful little doggie..it's heawtbweaking.

I'm so, so sorry that Toby had to go to the bridge. He is not suffering anymore and is now running around free and happy.
I thought that Toby looked so much like me. He was a special guy.

I'm so sorry to hear about the poor little guy. I'm sure he's doing much better at the bridge. No more pain and I'm sure he can run around with all our friends that are there.
