"There's just something about dogs that makes you feel good, You come home, they're thrilled to see you. They're good for the ego. -- Janet Schnellman
Hi my friends.
I want a cat. A real kitty cat like JB!! I have been wanting a cat ever since us girls - JB, Hana & me - went on our great adventure with Copper. It was the 3 of us girls by ourselves & Copper going to the North Pole & at night the 3 of us girls would cuddle up together to stay warm. I had never been around a cat before but even though JB is a girl (I really like the boys) I think she is the most handsome/beautiful kitty cat I've ever seen and so nice.
The mean old Mommy said NO!!
So tonight she brings me home a play kitty cat with a mouse and wants be to play with it. As you can plainly see this KITTY is not JB and never will be.
THIS IS KITTY
SHE IS NOT REAL!!!
my bestest girl cat friend
Now a real quick little story about Neil's cat Tigger....well maybe not real short cause ya know how the Mommy rattles on.
When Sandy died, Neil was lonely but he wasn't ready to break his heart over a new dog so he started feeding all the stray cats in his neighborhood and one kitty cat that looked just like Tigger from Winnie the Pooh kept coming by & got big & fat. Neil decided to keep him but Tigger has a Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde personality or he did until about 3 weeks ago. Tigger would be sweet and cuddly one minute and then claw poor Neil, enough to draw blood, in the next minute. Neil decided to sell his house & move to an apartment complex and because Tigger is so independent he was afraid he wouldn't want to be coped up in an apartment all day. His next door neighbors, who bought his house, said they would feed the cat because they had 3 of their own cats & another would be no big deal. So Neil moved and left Tigger with these people and their 3 cats. A week later the lady called & said that her cats didn't get along with Tigger & it was one constant cat fight. It turns out that they wouldn't share their food with Tigger and when Neil went and got him, he looked like he had lost 5 pounds....Tigger is a BIG cat and Neil said he almost cried when he saw him because hw looked so skinny. So Neil packed him up & took him to his new apartment. Well for an independent cat, there has been a miraculous change. He sticks to Neil like a shadow, doesn't want to go out and is eating like a horse. Neil said when he gets home all Tigger wants to do is cuddle and will only go outside for minutes at a time whereas he would stay gone for hours before.
Something happened yesterday morning that Neil said made him laugh but made him also feel bad for Tigger. He had let Tigger out when he got up & then got into the shower. When he went to let Tigger back in, he could hear him meowing but couldn't see him. He kept looking around for him & then he looked up and saw Tigger, sitting in front of the door of an apartment on the 3rd floor that is right above his apartment on the second floor. Poor Tigger knew where he was supposed to be but just on the wrong floor. Isn't that funny? Neil said he guess he just didn't want to be left on his own anymore. If Neil decides to adopt Bennington, he wouldn't have to stay home by himself when Neil is at work and all 3 of them would be happy.
What I am trying to say is "Mommy, why can't I have a real kitty cat?"
Love to all by doggie friends & JB too!!....Mona
