QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion" -- Anonymous
Today's post is devoted to me, my new little human friend and my Bradley.
When we first got to the party, we helped my Aunt Judy setup the table with all the harnesses DROH had for sell (which she makes by the way) and she gave me my new harness that her made just for me. The picture with the bug eyes is me in my new red & white harness with ruffles. The Mommy was soooo rude....her laughed at me and said me looked weird or something. The other picture is me in my old yellow harness. The Mommy said me wore it out but me can still wear it if me wants.
When we checked in, they gave the Mommy a flower thingie to wear around her neck since the fling had a Hoola theme, it makes sense. Her said it itched so she put it around my neck & me wore it all day. It was pretty and me like pretty things.
Anyway, the Mommy was walking around taking pictures when a really cute little girl started following me around & around. The her asked the Mommy if she could pet me. She gave me a really good scratch on my back too. Me was in heaven.
Then she asked the Mommy if she could take a picture with me.
Of course after that, me had to give her a little lick to let her know how much me liked her.
Then another little girl came over and me stopped to check her out and that's when I saw him. It was MY BRADLEY.
Me barked out to him and he came running right at me with a big grin on his face. But before he could get to me, the Mommy SCREAMED out his name & he forgot all about me. Does he look like a dog that just had major surgery several months ago? Look at him go!! He was almost flying. He almost jumped into the Mommy's lap.
Of course we all know what the Mommy did. The same thing she always does...her wrapped him into her arms an CRIED. Her had big crocodile tears and you'd think they had both been through a car wash when her stopped crying.
"hey Mommy, Bradley what about me. I saw ya first & me miss you too"
Now if you'll remember, my Bradley had one very bad habit.....digging in the dirt. Well he still has it!!! After the Mommy finally let him loose, he headed straight outside with the son of the lady that is fostering him and started trying to dig. Then guess what? My new little friend went looking for her Daddy with me following right behind her. My new little friend is the grand daughter of Bradley's foster. Wow!! isn't that cool!!
