Hi Mona
I would not have thought Mona was a lapsoapso. She looks like a cross-corgi to me. Good on those guys who got it right.
Love from Hammer

Congratulations to Tosca & the other two for guessing it right! Hmmm, a Lhasa Apso? Cooper is definitely a cross but if that's what his original owners say what he is, then that's what he is, an Apso!

Hi Thank you for contacting my blog.Scrappy is doing well, getting around and be his some ole self but that leg/hip just does not work right. It all started Dec. 18th at our trip to the vet. When the vet cuts his toe nails he sits on that hind leg hiding it from the vet, I think the vet may have disloacted someting because he has not been the same since. HE will jump off the bed and the furniture but he will no longer even tru to ge ton the furniture or come up the steps on the porch. He weighs a good 23 lbs. so he is a not light to pick up 10+ times a day. So know I am debating on getting a 2nd opinion as my vet says it is a slipped disc in the back without even taking an xray! I guess what does an owner do? I can not afford for him to have surgery but my heart can not afford to put him to sleep either. He is too young and my BABY!!!!

Mona is very cute!! I have never met anyone that has a wirehaired dachsie.

Hope to hear from you again soon!!!
