"I used to believe that thunder was the sound of angels bowling,
rain was when they were taking a shower,
and lighting was when one of them was shocked."

Well it ain't none of that. It's the .......

 Angel Weenie here........

I had to come down today to be with my sissy Mona.
There was a terrible storm over at our house and her was scared.
I heard her whimpering and crying and jumped on my magic bumble
bee to comfort her. Of course we angels have wings and I didn't really
need my magic bumble bee BUT since I was coming down, I thought
I'd stop by and take my dearest love Amber for a quick flight around
the sunny skies of Florida.

My love has been very busy helping her Mommy get their house all cleaned up
so she can get back to blogging so what a better way to give her a little relief
than riding my bee  WITH ME. I love my Amber more than ever. Be still my heart!!

But back to the reason I came down, to comfort my Sissy and Prissy. Mommy was cuddled
with my sisters in the recliner, but not taking the cure (aka the heating pad) in the dark cause
the lights had gone out. So I took my usual place on Mommy's shoulder and my Mona
cheered right up.

Oh yeah, back to the Rainbow Bridge Bowling League. Some of us doggies and kitties decided
we needed to start a LEAGUE OF OUR OWN. So teams are forming now. Us DWB'er boys are
going to form a team and any boy doggie that used to blog can join. The girls of Blogville will
be our cheerleaders.

So here's what I'm getting at.......

1. When it's thundering, it's us bowling.
2. When it's raining, it's when the other team is crying.
3. When It's lighting. it's when we're winning.

the monthly adoptions for Aug. Got this link from Judy today
and the music is be beautiful. The guys playing the flute is nice too.

You've seen flash mobs.  Heres a splash mob.

Ravel by the pool. Watch the smiles on the faces.
Music does that to you. Speakers on please.

Oh, honey it was so wonderful to take a break from all this painting and hammering and I've already stepped on a couple of tack strips when Daddy took away the old carpeting. The new one will come in 2 weeks so I have to dance over the tack strips for 2 weeks {ouchie}. I hope you can come back down and rescue me from all this mess once in a while. I even have to type standing up because all the furniture is packed away. Soon the puter will be packed up too but Mom said to leave it fur a while longer. {sigh} I miss you...

"Mona, Weenie & the Mommy, too!" has been included in the A Sunday Drive for this week. Be assured that I hope this helps to point even more new visitors in your direction.

A bowling rink sounds pawsome! Have fun playing away night and day- just be ready to always come and comfort your sisters whenever there is a storm,

Tweedles -- that's me said...

Do you think we can hear the bowling league from here?
